Napovedujemo obisk estonske IT delegacije na GZS

Estonian ICT Export Cluster (www.e-estonia.com) is bringing a group of Estonian ICT business leaders to Slovenia. The study tour has two-fold purpose:

  1. to learn from interesting companies (both in ICT sector or using ICT to gain great competitive advantage) by meeting the decision makers in the companies, listening and discussing their stories.
  2. to create contacts between Estonian businesses for potential co-operation with Slovenian businesses.

We found it very beneficial and interesting to have the top management teams of interesting hosting companies tell about what and how they have done well in terms of strategy, culture, operations, the overall story. And also what they have not done so well. We have also found that the top management of the hosting companies have actually found such candid reflections and discussions beneficial. In every meeting the focus though is different and depends on what this company does best. And we have also found that later it can lead to co-operation but the idea is not specifically to buy or sell.
